18 Aug Words about my body…

For years I spoke words of hate and disgust to my body. Telling her she was “too skinny”, “too boy like” and when acne covered my back after years of treating my body badly I told myself I was “too spotty”. I bought into the illusions of the patriarchy that I wasn’t “woman enough” or “smooth skinned enough” or “curvy enough” – now I know that was a distraction to keep me from my power. I AM WOMAN – and I am perfectly whole exactly as I am. Each day spirit runs through my veins and guides me to my greatness… I am no longer distracted. Remember your body is the temple that welcomes the Goddess.
